We acknowledge every service request within one working day — usually faster — by email. If your issue affects security (a broken lock, broken glass, a door that won’t close), we prioritise it and respond as fast as we can.

Most service visits are resolved on the day. If we need to manufacture a replacement part — a new glazed unit, a hinge or a handle — the typical end-to-end timeline is 5–10 working days from the moment we acknowledge your enquiry.

If the issue falls under your 10-year guarantee, the survey visit and the repair are free. If it doesn’t (for example, accidental damage, or a part that’s outside warranty), we’ll give you a fixed-price quote before any work starts — no surprise bills.
